Terms & Conditions
The terms on which WAHY Travels LLC provides pilgrimage, tour, visa and travel services.
1. About us
WAHY Travels LLC (“WAHY Travels”, “we”, “us”) is a specialist pilgrimage and travel house with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka. These terms apply to every enquiry, booking and service we provide.
By submitting an enquiry or making a booking you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone in your party.
2. Enquiries and bookings
Submitting a form on this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we have accepted it in writing and received any required deposit.
Nothing is charged online through this website. We confirm availability and price with you before any payment is taken.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per person unless stated otherwise and may change until your booking is confirmed. Package prices are land-only where indicated; flights, visas and insurance are added on request.
Deposits, balances and payment schedules are set out in your booking confirmation. Some fees, such as government visa charges, are non-refundable once incurred.
4. Visas and travel documents
You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any documents required for your journey. We assist with visa applications but the final decision rests solely with the relevant government authority.
For Umrah and Hajj visas, approvals and denials rest with the Saudi authorities. Where we state a refund on denial, it applies to fees paid to WAHY Travels, not to third-party government charges.
5. Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel, tell us as soon as possible. Charges depend on the arrangements booked and the policies of the airlines, hotels and suppliers involved, and are set out in your confirmation.
We may change or cancel arrangements for reasons beyond our control, and will offer a comparable alternative or a refund of amounts paid to us for the affected part.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate passport and personal details
- Meet all visa, health and entry requirements
- Arrive for flights and transfers on time
- Follow the laws and customs of the countries you visit
- Hold adequate travel insurance
7. Liability
We arrange services with care and select reputable suppliers. We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, or by your own acts or omissions. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Force majeure
WAHY Travels is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond our control including:
- War
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics
- Natural disasters
- Airline disruptions
- Political instability
9. Passport and travel documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
Clients must comply with all Saudi entry and health requirements.
As part of applying for a Hajj guidance package, Umrah visa, 10-year visa, or Umrah booking package, clients may be required to upload images of their passport and, where the client is not a citizen of their country of residence, their residency or immigration card. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any uploaded document is accurate, legible, current and belongs to the traveller named in the application. Uploaded documents are used only to process the applicable booking or guidance service, and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which WAHY Travels LLC is registered, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
